The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Spanish), comfortable meeting new people frequently, and have the ability to build relationships. They should have excellent organizational skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to synthesize information quickly and efficiently. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned recruitment goals.$55 – 65K per yearCompany Paid Health InsurancePaid Time OffMeal Allowances,Responsibilities· Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions· Conduct interviews via phone or in-person· Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews· Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates· Meet weekly recruitment goals related to calls and emailsQualifications· High School Diploma· 3 years or more experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment· Hospitality Experience Preferred but not required· Effective communication skills· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills· Experience working with Microsoft Office suite· Experience with an ATS and multiple job boards· High-energy and passion· Demonstrated ability to meet recruitment goals.For immediate consideration, please apply!Alexandria Restaurant Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
