Job Description : The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding candidates for all positions throughout the company with a special focus on janitorial related positions.Responsibilities: Responsible for full-life cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening and recruiting, on-boarding, verifying new hire paperwork, follow-up/new employee engagementDetermine whether some needs can be met by rehire of recently discontinued temp staff who are eligible for rehire. Constantly working with Operations in regard to acquiring evaluation for recently laid off vacation replacement cleanersProactively source and recruit potential cleaning candidates and security candidates by researching and contacting various job board sites, internet sites, schools, community outreach, agencies, etc.Determine cost-efficient candidate search sources based on available internal budget; build applicant sources by researching and contacting various job board and internet sites, schools, community outreach and agenciesScreen resumes, call, phone screen and schedule for interviews, as applicableInterview/screen candidates to ensure they meet standards for the position, including necessary certifications, licenses, skill sets, experience, etc.Implement all on-boarding procedures and ensure compliance with forms; assist with license verification and tracking as applicableMaintain detailed tracking of all sourcing, recruiting, hiring, follow-up activitiesAssist with creation/implementation of ATS; maintain and update data in ATSAssist with establishing and administering performance evaluations and tracking for new hiresInteract with new employees as it pertains to employee engagementDiscuss and track concerns/issues voiced by applicants or new hires with managementCreate a “Life-Cycle” project for every new vacation replacement and track their whereaboutsOther duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of TalentSkills and Experiences: Have worked in recruiting, staffing, or sourcing role in an agency or corporate environmentUnderstand and able to perform with full life cycle recruiting responsibilityDemonstrated proficiency using Applicant Tracking SystemsExperience handling high volume of open positionsIntermediate skill level in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities concurrently and to completionHigh level organizational capabilitiesStrong oral and written communications skills (listening, speaking) requiredAble to perform tasks in rapid movement environment with an understanding that agility to changing priorities isAbility to “read” people during interviews and screenings and determine appropriate fit for the job(s) sought by the applicantFacilities services industry or high volume staffing experience a plus, not a deal breaker.Bilingual English/Spanish, both at native or full professional competencyAvailabilityQBS maintains operations 24/7/365 and is an “essential business.” We work during normal times as well as when other businesses may be closed down.
