We (the Recruiting Operations Team) are looking for a Recruiting coordinator who can manage multiple priorities (often times it will be competing priorities) and enjoys putting puzzles together. Puzzles you ask? A key part of the role is being able to sort out a lot of pieces (candidate availability, internal team’s availability, locations, so on) and put the bigger picture together – the interview logistics.
Our team thrives on the impact we make. We are located all around the globe, but we are a tight-knit team that celebrates our professional and personal wins (small and big) together. If we’re located in the same office we regularly go to lunch with each other.
A Day in Life
We take candidate experience serious. Our Recruiting Coordinators set the tone for our candidate experience and will field questions from candidates, managers, and recruiters. Questions vary but can be anything from availability to candidate status. This position is dedicated to our Bangalore office and will be responsible for coordinating interviews in our APAC region and Australia.
Your journey would start with a 6 month contract, with a possible extension later on, based on your progress.
You will…
schedule phone, live video, remote/offsite, and onsite interviews
make sure the candidate has a great experience interviewing with us
not flinch when interruptions occur and priorities change
be very organized, flexible and patient
keep the candidate and recruiters in the loop and be proactive about changes
keep the confidentiality aspect and candidate experience in mind
greet candidates that come onsite and escort candidates out of interview room post interview as needed
Process candidate travel expenses
be assigned ad-hoc projects as needed
You have…
a Bachelors’ degree
the ability to build strong relationships with customers and teammates
