The overall goal is to improve the patient healthcare financial experience.The Position: As a Patient Support Specialist, you will make outbound courtesy calls and receive inbound calls to help patients understand their medical bills, payment options, and responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide excellent customer service while maintaining respect for the patient’s privacy rights and personal health and financial information confidentiality.The Training: Candidates must successfully complete a 4-week paid training class, fully remote, and achieve incremental performance goals.
