Job Description : Full descriptionJob Summary: The Remote Patient Monitoring Consulting Specialist is responsible for selling Inova Health Solution’s digital healthcare portfolio of products and services. Moreover, the Remote Patient Monitoring Specialist is responsible for developing strategic relationships with a variety of physician, clinic groups, accountable care organizations, home healthcare agencies and assisted living facilities in Florida. This position is a proactive member of the sales team that will facilitate securing new business and growing existing business in their assigned Region.Primary Duties & Responsibilities: · Utilize an Inova approved sales process to sell Inova Health Solutions digital healthcare portfolio of product and services with a primary focus on remote patient monitoring· Target and identify key prospects, generate market awareness, and drive sales within an assigned territory in the State of Florida· Must be able to build strong clinical and administrative alliances within the provider community to drive sales results· Maintain a high skill level in strategic and tactical selling skills· Actively articulate information about Inova Health Solutions that are designed to improve patient outcomes, reduce hospitalizations and improve the revenue of providers and accountable care organizations· Collaborate with the Inova Health Solutions management team and other team members where team selling is appropriate, and provide critical information to marketing and upper management including market trends and competitive activity· Perform sales presentations to key prospects and customers to influence the use of Inova Health Solutions remote patient monitoring products and services· Utilize the company’s endorsed CRM tool to manage all aspects of business: sales leads, daily activity, report generation, etc.· Must be able to accurately forecast projected sales and revenue· Must be able to travel· Perform other special projects as requestedMinimum & Preferred Qualifications and Experience: 5+ years medical device or telehealth sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding company expectationsHistory of outstanding achievements and proven sales skillsStrong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills; very adaptive, innovative and results-drivenSuperior written and verbal communication skills and exceptional ability to lead group presentationsProven experience in cultivating and implementing a sales plan to attain or exceed revenue targetsSuccessful history managing customer interactions, with excellent organizational and time management skillsRemote patient monitoring experience is a plusBackground knowledge of EMR connectivity and providing billing is a plusDegree in sales & marketing, life sciences or healthcare fieldThis position primarily works outside of a traditional office environment, making frequent customer sales calls on a daily basis (virtually and face-2-face).
