Job Description : Full Time Delivery Driver Family company that has been operating from Charlottesville for the last 40 years is seeking a Full time route driver. The position starts training as a swing driver. The swing driver trains with experienced drivers in the company until a routine route driver position is available. The swing driver position allows you to learn the delivery procedures so you are capable of performing them on your own.Routine route drivers have predictable fixed schedules. Route drivers work 3-4 days a week. You work long work days but not consecutive days. The company distributes product around MD, VA, NC. You are required to drive a 24 foot box truck. Physical work is also required while you are loading and unloading product.Carter’s offers a long term position that pays weekly with competitive salary wages and health insurance.
