Job Description : Monitoring experience for datacenter Infrastructure using mail alerts, NMS dashboards
Good Knowledge for handelling Network, Server and Application alerts and and initiate appropriate action in ITSM tools
Exposure with Solarwinds, Avanti, tools for proactive incident management
Perform Incident, Problem & Change Management management tasks using assigned tools
Ensure compliance to agreed SOW’s
Take initiatives in learning new Technologies & Tools
Troubleshoot High Severity incidents & Provide RCA
Assist in MIS & Dashboards
Co-ordination with customer on Incident resolutions & closure
Assist in MIS & Dashboards
about you
Strong knowledge of ITIL Processes
Understandingand hand-on Experience of over first level support fo IT infrastructure
Working Experience of working with solarwinds, avanti, tools
General Conceptual knowledge of windows will be an added advantage
Experience with windows Patch management will be an added aadvantage
Experience with executing SOP based basic tasks for Windows
Exposure to quality standards ISO 20000 & 27000, ITIL Methdologies, Change Management
Good Communication skills (English – Spoken Written)
Willing to learn & explore new technologies
Exposure to quality ITIL Methdologies, Change Management
additional information
1-2 yrs of experience with level 1 IT Support
General conceptual knowledge of windows will be an added advantage
Exposure to quality ITIL Methdologies, Change Management
