Job Description : Job Description:This candidate will join our excellent production team of professional solderers assembling probes and other products. Responsibilities include, completing assigned jobs, performing high-quality soldering and assembly work, in-process testing, in-process quality inspections, escalating issues/questions to trainers, checking for process/material deviations and bringing up process improvement ideas. All the soldering work is performed under a microscope, and use of various production equipment (strippers, crimpers, solderpots, laser trim, x-ray inspection, etc) is required.Requirements:Precision fine-pitch hand soldering skills.Reliable/Good AttendanceHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Excellent team skills and communications.Comfortable/experienced working with a microscopeSelf-motivated with professional attitude.Great attention to quality/detail.Sound Work Ethic/TrustworthyAbility to log job information into the computer system/email.ESD knowledge/certification a plusJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $26.00 – $26.50 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:Assembly: 1 year (Preferred)Soldering: 1 year (Preferred)SMT/Through hole/Hand soldering: 1 year (Preferred)Soldering certification: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
