Job Description : How you will impact Victory Packaging, a WestRock Company:Ensure a Victory location U-Haul operation is operating in accordance with the U-Haul service standards as laid out in the Account Management Expectations document.Offer coaching and education to U-Haul employees when necessaryCoordinates the timely picking of all center and dealer orders as per the agreed upon delivery schedule as well as makes sure all fulfillment orders go out per the guidelines daily. This may include the tracking of LTL/FEDX orders.Completes First Article Inspection and any quality checks as requested by our Corporate U-Haul teamHandles the receiving for any inbound U-Haul materialConducts quality checks and inspection of outbound ordersCoordinate and execute special projects for U-Haul to include: Kitting and/or new products as they are launched.Coordinate and communicate holiday schedule changes as needed.Work closely with replenishment to proactively address negative inventory situations as well as over stock challengesIs the primary branch contact with the corporate U-Haul support team to quickly resolve any customer issues that may arise including delivery delays or back orders.Other duties as assignedWhat you need to succeed:Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisor positionA strong work ethic with a positive “can-do” attitude and one that takes pride in the quality of their workExcellent communication skills and strong organizational abilityAn individual who is self-directed and detail-oriented with a desire to solve problemsOrganized and have the proven ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasksFlexibility with the ability to work well with all departmentsProficient in Microsoft Office; Excel and WordJob Type: Full-timePay: $56,000.00 – $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:All employees and visitors are required to wear a maskEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)Management: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
