Job Description:
A role within the Human Resource organization. Provide proactive candidate development for hard to fill job openings critical to Philips success by leveraging creativity, business acumen, research savvy, persistence and enthusiasm.
You are a part of the brand-new Talent Acquisition Sourcing team, supporting Asia-based recruiters to find the talent that will impact our organization and help us improve lives.
Your responsibilities
Working closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization
Providing a high level of candidate care by ensuring best practice selection methods
Developing your own network of sector-specific candidates and utilizing networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates
Sourcing for passive and active candidates from internal ATS, LinkedIn, Professional Lists, Job Boards and other appropriate media outlets
Engage, screen, and qualify candidates to determine the suitability and obtain required information (e.g. availability, financial expectations, hard facts) in order to create long-lists:
Your Focus will be on external candidates, including passive candidates who are interested in our job.
Searching for passive diverse talents, identifying, approaching, and engaging passive talents
Provides weekly updates to keep TA team apprised of sourcing efforts
Subject Matter Expert in functional market intelligence stories together
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Advanced English is required to engage with English speaking talent verbally and in a written manner
5+ years of recruiting experience
Sourcing capabilities and creative techniques to identify potential talent
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; Good listening skills
Strong organizational, follow-up skills, and attention to detail. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and drive to completion
