Key areas of accountability/responsibility:
Contribute to the service level, professionalism and development of HRSS as Team Coordinator
Manage the team; support, train and coach its employees so as to create a working environment that enables them to execute their activities at the appropriate level and to develop their skills accordingly.
Conduct regular bi-laterals and assess the performance of the team members as per company guidelines
Processes and initiate actions for improvement, if required.
Conduct Team meetings for better co-ordination within teams for best practice sharing
Participate in HRRS Hub leadership meeting and contribute
Track the team’s performance against Key Performance Indicators and report regularly
Handle escalations as 1st point of contact. Coach/ Train team members on problems/challenges
Liaison as a bridge between Hub team and Spoke team, thereby ensure good engagement between teams and seamless delivery to customers/stakeholders
Responsible for daily operations, absence planning and back up arrangements in team
Required level of experiences:
Total Experience: 5 – 8 Years
At least 2-3 years experience working in HRSS
Experience in managing People
Experience in HRSS environment
Process knowledge in any of the relevance: Global Benefits & Mobility Services, Global Reporting & Analytics
Extended knowledge of SAP Systems/ any ERP
Experience in coaching and training others
Ability to process transactions as well as manage people
