When our prospective clients reach out to us for help, they’re often experiencing an emotionally difficult period in their lives. Our intake specialists provide our potential new clients with the ultimate telephone experience. It requires the right combination of verbal skills, empathy, and the ability to investigate the root of their legal issues. If that’s you, you’ll play an integral role in creating memorable client experiences.This important position involves complete administrative duties related to client intake and retention. Additionally, if you have experience in law offices (special bonus points if you worked in a family law firm), strong knowledge in sales, and are looking to take that next step in your career, this position is for you! If this sounds like a good fit, we want to meet you!Responsibilities:Builds customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other methods of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services againSets the tone and the pace of the client’s phone callShows empathy to clients and puts them at ease during their difficult timesTreats a call at 4:30 on Friday with the same care and compassion as a Monday morning callConveys confidence on the phoneQualifications:Demonstrates exceptional communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and database entryComfortable/Strong using computer technologyInbound sales experience is a plusDivorce and Family Law exposure a plusStrong multitasking skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
