Are you an independent Sales Representative looking to make their way into the Cannabis industry?

Mint Cannabis is actively seeking a Wholesale Sales Representative that will help develop a statewide strategy to both maintain and acquire new sales accounts. Individuals will be most successful in this role if they are self-motivated with effective communication skills and a positive mindset. The Sales Representative will be innovative while generating their own leads with the ability to close deals quickly and respectfully.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Develop and execute a statewide sales strategy
Maintain sales volume and find opportunities by managing production and the sales team.
Track market trends, competitors, supply and demand, market shifts.
Set, manage & meet annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals and objectives
Hire, manage, and coach an expanding and high-performing sales team
Build and expand relationships with key distribution customers
Work with marketing team to develop effective sales marketing strategies, including in-store promotional activities, discount programs and customer education
Serve as source of well-structured and in-depth business and market intelligence to production and sales team.
Work with the operations team to plan inventory and production levels and ensure par product. Levels.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $31,363.00 – $125,798.00 per year
Skills & Experience:
Self-motivated, high energy, and effective communicator with a positive, optimistic attitude
Great time management and organizational skills and ability to perform with minimal supervision.
3-5 years progressively senior experience in sales in the cannabis, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or alcohol industries.
Demonstrable experience as a sales leader, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions
Familiarity with and passion for the emerging legal cannabis industry
Clear experience using data and analytics to drive sales objectives and strategies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience hiring and growing a sales team ground up and scaling.
Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and position products against competitors
A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or other related fields, or equivalent years of experience
Ability to work in the highly regulated cannabis industry,
Valid Driver’s License (required) and clean driving record.
Must pass background check required for an Arizona Dispensary Agent and Facility Agent card.
