POSITION REQUIREMENT

Valuation Trainer is responsible for maintaining the standards of talent by providing comprehensive training at the start of employment and as needed throughout employment. Trainer duties include working closely with operations executives and department heads to determine areas for employee improvement, developing training courses for new and existing employees and establishing methods to track employee performance after the completion of training.

We are looking for a Valuation Trainer to join our growing team. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this individual will design, develop, and implement training models for key business units across operation and quality to empower employees to perform their daily roles & responsibilities more efficiently and accurately. This position represents a unique opportunity to join a growth stage company to design and implement innovative training methodology to make the business successful. RESPONSIBILITES

➢ Conducting training that covers all types of the property valuation used in US Mortgage Industry including but not limited to BPO, CMA, Exterior Only, Interior & Exterior Appraisal, etc.

➢ Create, govern, and execute the training plan and present training dashboard detailing planned vs actual completion

➢ Conduct regular assessment and publish the knowledge level status

➢ Mentor the bottom performers to ensure they are on par with the training knowledge and timelines

➢ Develop and update training materials including instructor guides, job aids, and other information and report on training metrics.

➢ Assist the Valuation department with creating procedural documents (SOP), process maps, FMEA.

➢ Educate valuation staff on the prepared materials by providing various scenarios within the classroom, virtual sessions, group, one-on-one sessions and train the trainer sessions as required.

➢ Schedule training by coordinating with various departments, managers, HR, and technology

➢ Keep abreast of various training delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems that may enhance the training experience.

➢ Managing, implementing, and evaluating newly developed training programs to prepare high quality and highly competent staff for meaningful contributions in the workplace.

➢ Develop and deliver consistent training that implements continuous improvement.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

➢ Must have prior valuation experience (2-5 years) to leverage as a Trainer focused on Learning & Development and Process Documentation capabilities.

➢ Must be aware about US Mortgage Industry and the valuation models used

➢ The focus will be to build and maintain processes primarily around training, documentation, agent development, new hire orientation, continuous improvements, bridging training and knowledge gaps as well as consistent upskilling.

➢ Work closely with client leadership and SMEs in the development and effective delivery of training programs across the organization.

➢ Must enjoy working with a company that values its team members

➢ Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a valuation expert covering all valuation methodologies and tools used

➢ Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a trainer/ SME or team lead

➢ Strong PC skill with experience in MS Office

➢ Detail oriented and strong verbal / written communication skills

➢ Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities under stringent timelines

➢ Strong ability to establish productive working relationships and influence critical decisions across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
