Job Description:
1. Recruit function for an International customer, some overlap with the US time zone is required.
2. Adding job requisitions to Job Adder (our recruiting tool)
3. Add to the requisitions to job boards (monster, linked in, etc)
4. Open and close jobs in Job Adder.
5. Schedule Hacker Rank tests
6. Coordinate with candidates through various stages of recruitment process ( Phase-2)
7. Coordinate /update Account Managers on the recruitment process
8. Recruitment status data Analysis, Dash-boarding and Reporting.
