Position : Yacht Detailing Manager
Job Description : We are a mobile yacht service and repair business servicing the DC, MD, and VA area. We are looking for fill the position of a Yacht Detailing Manager. Our detailing services includes; washing, compounding, waxing/sealing, metal polishing, interior cleaning and bilge cleaning. Experience is required, but we will further train this individual and provide training material. This person must be reliable and able to work independently. This job is ideal for someone who has experience managing a small crew and having experience in customer service. Having knowledge or been around boats is required. Duties include but are not limited to:Inventory of cleaning suppliesTraining crewManaging crew and assigning them jobsCommunicating with clients on their boat detailing needsScheduling boat details and crewOverseeing detailing jobs and stepping in toWorking closely with our office manager and with the owner of the businessClean driving record required as we work in several marinas in the DMV area. Company vehicle will be provided. Must have an attention for detail, ability to learn and train others, and are able to follow as well as give directions. Our work is outdoors with standing, climbing, constant use of hands and being around water. There is a physical aspect to the job as well as managerial.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
