Job Description : Administrator AssociateThis position will support and expedite real estate, loan, and business transactions and ownership and project documents. The position will also be responsible for various office functions to include preparing business documents, correspondence, maintaining calendars, general office duties, and various other assignments.The company is an established growing real estate development company located inScottsdale, Arizona.Responsibilities: *Organize and maintain real estate transaction and project files and records.* Review and finalize transaction, entity ownership, and real estate documents.* Prepare meeting minutes, resolutions, and other corporate documents.* Provide general administrative support.* Calendar due dates for all required corporation and partnership reports and timely file reports with the appropriate county or state agency.* Review real estate purchase and sales agreements and related documents to prepare transaction summary reports.* Collect and prepare information for use in discussions/meetings as directed by managers.* Input transaction and business deadlines on Outlook calendar.* Store all paperwork in designated places securing the important documents.* Update Document Locator storage database with new files and information.* File new entity formation documents with the states.* Consistent follow up to ensure documents are processed in a timely manner.* Coordinate workflow and maintain a productive work environment.* Maintain the security of confidential information.Requirements: Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong oral and written communication abilitiesCapability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail aptitudeProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with document storage databasesAbility to grasp and interpret legal and corporate documentsAble to work independently and as a part of a teamPrior related work experience of a minimum of two years in the real estate fieldDesired qualification-Certification in paralegal studies OR equivalent job experience as a legal assistant2-3 professional referencesFull time position, 8 hours per daySalary plus benefit package.Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:Health insurancePaid time offRetirement planSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayExperience:real estate related: 2 years (Preferred)paralegal studies or legal assistance: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
