Job Description : Provide assistance and organizational support to the Plant Leadership Staff regarding administrative support as well as performs key organizational tasks related to Environmental, Safety and Health functionsPrimary Duties & Responsibilities: Serve as back-up payroll administrator for sitePerform word processing needs for plant facilityPost and maintain up-to-date information on administrative bulletin boardsMaintain OEE dataMaintain set-up operation data entry (working with Process Engineers)Capex, Engineering scanning and filingCoordinate food for lunch meetings as requestedPoint of contact for uniforms and vending serviceSupport Plant Manager with administrative tasks – Scanning and sorting documents to server for organizational purposes. Compile, log, distribute and following up on IWEXAssist with sending paperwork to corporate Accounts Payable, as-needed. Invoice/packing slip processing as-neededOffice Administration – Provide and execute various administrative office support functions related to general, safety, manufacturing, accounting, or human resources functions at the plant.Serve as the facility point-of-contact person for the office copiers (service, supplies, etc.)Serve as receptionist and point of contact for the facility. Answer switchboard and assist public via lobby. Maintain facility switchboard/phone recording and messagesHandle/sort/distribute incoming and outgoing mailEHS Administrative Support – Coordinate, compile and maintain various safety data/information, or activities for the facility.Maintain EHS awareness training spreadsheets/updates. Maintain safety training filesFile/scan employee training records. Post/prepare training postings, as neededAssist with pre-audit preparationsAssist with various projects and postings throughout the year; including customized trainingReceiving/filing/maintaining manual copies of required inspection formsAssist, schedule, obtain data and maintain files of annual respirator and hearing conservation testing. Schedule appointments as neededWork with EHS Administrator in scheduling required training conducted during the yearCreate and update forms and maintain filing systemBack- up for safety participation system for the sitePerforms other duties as assignedHR / Other Administative Support – In conjunction with working with current Administrative Assistant, assists and support Human Resources with carrying out various tasks and HR functionsDesired Qualifications: 3-5 years administrative experience.
