Join our dynamic team and provide exceptional accounting, inventory control and other administrative needs for our growing businesses. We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who wants to be part of a special company. Strong accounting background needed. Your role would be to:Support Executive daily needs for order entry and daily journal entriesCustomer invoicing and paperworkManage and maintain inventory in multiple locationsManage accounts payable and accounts receivableAnswer customer phone inquiresInside salesQualifications:Minimum 2 year Associates degreeMinimum 1 years utilizing QuickBooks desktopProfessional appearance and conducts themselves in a professional manner at all timesPassionate about customers and teamworkComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentAble to multi-taskPacific Crest Building Products, Inc. is a growing company with a passion for exceptional customer service with a firm commitment to quality.
