Job Description : I am seeking an office assistant to help me run my therapy practice. I am a sole provider and am looking for someone to join me in growing my business, supporting me, my growing work and my clients. I see clients 4 days per week and am also establishing a workshop series that requires on line marketing as well as coordination. Responsibilities will include:*Administrative work: scheduling clients, filing, paperwork*Online activities: manage software platform (scheduling, billing, receipts, etc.), responding to emails; sending emails as needed; on line marketing (Facebook and instagram) set up and Maintainence*Traditional marketing (flyers) and promotions*Overseeing daily working of the office – stocking supplies (coffee, snacks, etc.), ordering water, managing files, light cleaning, etc..This is a quiet environment where you would be supporting me in my growing practice and assisting my clients.I am looking for assistance in managing my existing therapy practice (e.g. office management and administrative support). In addition I am developing and delivering a series of workshops and need assistance with the logistics and online and in person marketing for the workshops.Job Type: Part-timePay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:COVID-19 risk is minimal as very few individuals come through the office so minimal contact with other individuals.Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Computer skills: 2 years (Required)Work Location: One location
