Job Description : Position: Admission CashierWork Week: Up to 15-20 hours a week, days will vary, from 9:45, am to 4:15 pm. Ability to pick up additional days as business needs are presented Additional hours available during the summer season.Cashier Position Duties: Greet visitors when entering the facilityProcess payments for ticket entryAnswer questions regarding programs and schedulesAssist with opening and closing of cashier systemsFamiliarization with the layout of the facilityAssist with membership and adoption salesMaintain clean and tidy cashier areaAvailability to work extra shifts during the weekQualifications: Proven work experience as a retail associate, sales representative, or similar roleUnderstanding of customer service and sales principlesDetail-OrientedProficiency in English and some Spanish (preferred)Basic Math SkillsHands-on experience with POS transactionsSolid communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to perform under pressure with high volume transactionsPolitely address complaints in a timely mannerHigh School Degree required; some college hours would be a plusSupport Sea Turtle, Inc. mission and organizational goalsJob Type: Part-timePay: $10.00 per hourJob Type: Part-timePay: $10.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discountWork Location: One location
