Job Description : Davis Island Apartments is looking for a property manager to join our property staff. We need someone that is self-motivating, has up to date marketing ideas, efficient with scheduling their time, managing staff and customer oriented. We need someone proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and the Yardi/ One-Site software. You will be responsible for all aspects of operating an apartment community in a supervisory position: Opening/closing office, taking maintenance requests, responding to resident and prospect emails/calls, showing units, inspecting units for move ins and moveouts, scheduling vendors for turns, working with maintenance and office staff, overseeing marketing, processing move ins and move outs and having excellent communication skills with the residents. Experience in the apartment industry is a plus. We have 184 units (19 buildings located on Davis Island) that you will be overseeing. You will need your own transportation, a valid driver’s license and background screening required. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Our property manager will have a *competitive salary with benefits.
