Job Description : Position SummaryThe Assistant Ecommerce Photographer provides support to the Studio team and Studio Manager shooting products in a high volume, ecommerce photography studio. This person will be responsible for ensuring all ecommerce assets are produced in a way that is compliant with the vision, strategy and brand of The Webster. This role is best suited for an individual with strong technical skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to problem solveEssential Duties & Responsibilities Work in the studio under direction of Studio Manager, independently and alongside stylists, taking digital images of productsPhotograph ecommerce products on-figure and on mannequin and tabletopResponsible for accurate completion of shot lists, file naming, processing and organization of digital filesResponsible for editing on Lightroom, Capture One and Photoshop to make sure images are up to standard and consistentUpload digital files to all correct channels on a daily basisEnsure daily workload is completed– Raise red flags when in jeopardy, working with team and Studio Manager to resolveEnsure deadlines are always met and images are always up to standardFollow shoot guides set in place to ensure consistencyPartner with Stylists to ensure production expectations are metProactively identify challenges in workflow or process and use critical thinking to provide potential solutionsOrganize photo equipment and maintain cleanliness of StudioQualificationsAbility to work 40 hours per weekHigh School Diploma or GEDExceptional attention to detailProficient with Canon, Photoshop, Lightroom, Capture One.
