Job Description : Help us serve individuals and families searching for a new apartment to call home and help ensure current residents enjoy their rented home.Work side by side with hands-on owners managing remodeled, multi-family residences in Springfield, Ohio and Urbana, Ohio.Grow along with this energetic, motivated company and have the opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge, and experience in property management and the real estate business.Job Duties and Responsibilities: Work independently and with coworkers to lease and manage multi-family housing.Assist on any aspect of resident relations including apartment tours, applications, move-in preparations, rent collection, resident appreciation, lease renewals, maintenance requests, lease violations, notices, and announcements.Assist on any step of the management of the properties including answering calls and texts, scheduling and meeting vendors, pricing and ordering supplies, record keeping and administration.Courteously interact with vendors, inspectors, and residents to serve and solve their problem.Special Skills/Knowledge/Experience Required: We are looking for someone who possesses trust, grit, competence, heart, and vision.Experience in the industry is valuable, but not necessary if you are willing to learn.
