Job Description : Symetra has an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Associate Customer Operations Representative!
About the role
The Associate Customer Operations Representative is responsible for reviewing and processing financial activities for our active annuity products; including but not limited to, withdrawals, transfers and annuitizations.
What you will do
Process financial activities in administrative systems
Communicate with external customers and agents via telephone or written correspondence
Process manual check and wire requests
Prepare checks for delivery
Understand department policies and procedures as they pertain to processing transactions
Follow-up with others on outstanding issues professionally and promptly
Complete other projects as assigned

Compensation
Hourly Range: $20.00-$25.51 plus eligibility for annual bonus program
Your experience and skills
Associated degree or equivalent experience preferred
Expert typing skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Capable of following procedures and processes using multiple PC and mainframe applications
Customer service and telephone experience preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work within established timeframes
High-level attention to detail and accuracy
