Job Description : Job Specification: Qualification: Graduate /Post GraduateExperience: 1 to 2 yearsOrganizational & time management skillsKeyboard/Computer skillsProfessionalismCommunication skills (written/verbal)Problem solving skillsInter-Personal SkillsJob ResponsibilitiesFully aware of the Schedule of Charges of the hospital and to work according to the standard operating procedures of the department· Obtains revenue by determining charges; maintaining account sheet.· Maintain monthly IPD Master for all indoor patients specialty wise, company wise and consultant wise· To prepare monthly doctor sharing sheet of cash, TPA and corporate patients· Resolves billing issues by discussing contract with third-party payer; explaining corporate contract with patient· Maintains patient and invoice files by entering and monitoring data.· Maintains patient account sheet on daily basis by entering the charges· Provides billing information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing third-party billings, accounts pending, and late charges data and trends.· Ensures proper and correct billing of charges levied upon the patients· Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities· Maintains all the relevant data and files for future purpose· Coordinates with the Auditor and finance team for prompt auditing of files· Maintains integrity with other departments to ensure highest level of patient care· Submission of files to all the Corporates in timely manner· Resolving any issue incurred in corporate billing in indoor and outdoor patients· Active member in payment recovery team from various CorporatesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundSchedule:Rotational shiftSupplemental Pay:Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Piplod, Surat – 395007, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:total work: 1 year (Preferred)Billing: 1 year (Preferred)Speak with the employer+91-XXXXXXXXXX
