Harborview – Food and Nutrition Services currently has an outstanding opportunity for a FULL TIME, DAY SHIFT, CASHIER 1.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Receive cash, checks, and/or credit cards in payment of registration fees, tuition, housing fees, loans, laboratory fees, books, tickets or other institutional cash receipts requirements;

Balance records at the end of the work day;

Issue computerized or manual receipts for payments received by cash, checks or credit card.

May operate coin counter, coin wrapper, or bill counter;

Issue computerized or manual receipts for payments received by cash, checks or credit

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

High School graduation or equivalent AND six months of fiscal-related experience such as bank teller or retails sails

Equivalent education/experience will substitute for minimum qualifications.

:

Food Handlers Permit within one week of hire

Dress Attire (see attached):

Uniform must be wrinkle-free and shirts tucked in

Undershirts, socks, shoes, belts and hair accessories must be black

Apron must be clean and changed when soiled and removed prior to entering restrooms

Hair must be completely contained in hair net while in the kitchen; beards and mustaches must be covered
