Position : Claims Coordinator
Job Description : Claims Coordinator Claims coordinator to oversee activities that are related to processing and handling various types of damage claims. This position will be the primary contact for damage claims that will be handled in house.Job duties:· Review and investigate incident reports and determine responsibility for damages in coordination with Site Managers and Directors.o Communicate with sites to secure all relevant supporting and evidentiary documents.o Follow up with various 3rd party vendors if there are questions on a quote for a repair.o Provide support to the field, partners, and carriers to promptly resolve questions.o Secure approvals and route paperwork to accounts payable.· Investigate rental claims for damages and determine if the renter or other associate is responsible:o Evaluate police reports and witness statements.o Communicate with managers and associates to gather details.· Track and analyze claims cost by partner group and by claim type.o Identify and communicate potential trends, issues or risks and escalate appropriately.· Tracking and Data input for Safety KPI’sTypes of Claims to be managed:· Rental vehicle damages· Property damage claims· Miscellaneous General Liability ClaimsQualifications:· Strong administrative skills.· Intermediate Excel skills.· Attention to detail.· Professional written and oral communication skills.· Ability to interact with all levels of associates, partners, and carriers.Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programRetirement planVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
