Job Description : We are looking for Cleaner Specialist to take care of KPH facilities/ residential accounts and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep the building and investments in a clean and orderly condition.Accountable to the Owners/ Managment/ KPH team for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the owners homes and properties. Provide the highest level of quality cleanliness and professionalism to all of our clients investments.Promote a philosophy of teamwork and pride in workmanship treating everyone with respect and encouragement.Responsibilities1) Keep all areas of the Home, including – but not limited to – all kitchen, living room, bedroom, hallway, closet, and bathroom, clean and tidy. This includes cleaning, washing, organizing, dusting, polishing, vacuuming, mopping , sweeping and trash removal as appropriate.2) Ensure that all cleaning equipment/materials are maintained in a safe, clean and efficient working condition. Prepping for next day of work is essential. Where an item of equipment requires repair this would be problem solved at sight.3) Report to the KPH communication coordinator any need for replacement amenities or materials for the satisfactory performance of the cleaning duties.4) Wear protective clothing and equipment in accordance with good safety practices. Wearing mask and gloves.5) Follow the cleaning list provided for each type of cleaning service (e.g.; house, condo, construction, commercial, etc.) Lists are subject to change as determined by KPH communication coordinators.6) Work efficiently for each job to accomplish assigned tasks within designated time frames.7) If any issues or problems should arise, contact the communication coordinator.
