Job Description : The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Club Communication and Digital Marketing Specialist . ESSENTIAL FUNCTION:
Manage all communication to the Members, including the website and newsletters, fliers, brochures. Supports the Membership Services Supervisors and the Event Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Hualalai Club Website, consistently updating and ensuring information is easy to access and has a contemporary look
Coordinates all Member Communication with Tuesday Talk Stories, Weekly Club Updates, all Newsletters
Organizes the creation of the Seasonal Brochures ensuring that the content is relevant and exciting with our members
Is eager to challenge and enhance the overall Member experience
Plans and actively promotes Member activities events, taking a PR approach by utilizing and introducing new social media tools
Receives Member feedback and promptly assigns them to the right person, if possible gets back to the members right away and ascertains resolution
Maintains a database of the members’ profiles that is current and contains all significant information and contributes to the communication to the teams
Maintains knowledge of the Membership Operating expenses
Visible to Members and present in the Club facilities
Works closely with Club Concierge
Qualifications:
2 or more years of employment in a club environment.
Excellent writing skills. College Degree in Communication or English preferred.
Proficiency in website management, WordPress, Google Analytics and various social media platforms required.
Computer literacy and competence with experience in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent communication skills and a comfort level in dealing with sophisticated clientele required.
