These positions offer year-round steady work, weekly pay, and indoor/outdoor work. No experience necessary, WE WILL TRAIN.Want to get certified in operating cranes, forklifts, welding or a CDL License? You can do that at Mack as well!Mack offers a full benefits package that includes: Health, Dental, Vision, Long/Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401(k), Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays.Pay Scale Based on Experience. In early out early. 6am start.Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Produce high quality precast concrete in accordance with specifications.Stripping and setting up concrete forms.Reading shop drawings and/or prints.Maintain clean and safe work area (5S).Will operate forklifts, bridge/gantry cranes, and production equipment as required.Complete daily preventative maintenance tasks as assigned, including tool maintenance.Perform other duties as assigned.Preferred Education/Experience: Knowledge of concrete formingAbility to read shop drawings and or printsHeavy equipment operationPhysical Strain: Must be able to lift up to 40lbs on occasionMust be able to stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to squat, crawl and kneel to complete tasksWork EnvironmentThe work areas are partly climate controlled. Ambient temperatures and humidity will be the norm inside and out.Due to the nature of the operation, the levels of noise, dust and dirt can be very high.Additional Qualifications: Ability to operate/learn how to operate power tools safely, accurately and efficiently.Ability/desire to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes.Mack Industries, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
