Job Description:Adhere to policies, practices, and procedures of the National Industrial Security Program (NISP) and implementing the National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM) the company policies, practices, and procedures.Adhere to the DoD Manual 5205.07 Vol 1-4 the RMF process following the JSIGUnder minimal supervision, administers routine aspects of the DOD or other industrial security program to ensure compliance with government and company security policies and proceduresShall develop and conduct security briefings and support security education programs (SETA).Be able to recognize when a security incident or violation has occurred. Be able to investigate a security incident or violation and recommend a corrective action plan.Knowledgeable in the use of DISS, DIAS, COMSEC and Electronic Questionnaire for Investigations Processing (e-QIP).Requires the ability to make sound decisions while staying within compliance of DoD regulations.Manage time effectively and be able to take independent action.Take initiative to improve processes, as well as provide solutions once an issue has been identified.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate information to various audiences at all levels of the organization both verbally and through written communications. Have strong customer service mindset.Must be well organized, willing to work in a team environment, be able to prioritize tasking, and perform in a multi-tasked and dynamic environmentMust be dependable, responsive, customer focused and possess the qualities of diplomacy, tact, excellent judgment, discretion and initiative.Monitors security procedures; ensures compliance with all aspects of the security program including PERSEC, Physical and administrative procedures.
Contractor Security Officer Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience OR a High school diploma (or equivalent) with 6 years of experienceMust have U.S. Citizenship with current or active Top Secret level clearanceKnowledge of DoDM 5205.07 Vol 1-4Knowledge of National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM)Knowledgeable in DISS and eQIP
Principal Contractor Security Officer Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of experience or High school diploma (or equivalent) with 9 years of experienceMust have U.S. Citizenship with current or active Top Secret level clearanceKnowledge of DoDM 5205.07 Vol 1-4Knowledge of National Industrial Security Program (NISPOM)Knowledgeable in DISS and eQIP

Salary Range: $58,292 USD – $87,438 USD
Salary Range 2: $72,200 USD – $108,300 USD
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
