Job description:
To Develop and Maintain Organization Network and Databases
To review the needs of the company; employees and customers related to information management, data processing and distributed processing for end users
To establishes procedures and standards for access to data processing facilities and the data itself
Assist and support the co-ordination and delivery of the work of the Team.
Develop, implement and maintain appropriate systems and procedures for the collection, maintenance, integrity and currency of data.
Support the organization operation with the system administration to include documentation of system enhancements and the application of upgrades.
Support the sales and operation team with the co-ordination and production of external returns/reports/data .
Must have excellent supervisory skills and must be able to communicate with management and users topics relating to the operation of an MIS system.
Must have excellent knowledge of enterprise networks and systems, MS Excel , IT hardware, microcomputer management, data management and security.
Must have Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Should be able to work on various ERP.
Requirement:
Must have excellent knowledge in Excel
Should have data analytical skill
Good communication skills
