Rapidly scaling upward in growth, Ringover is on track to become a leading international cloud telephony provider, primed for rapid international development.Job Description : Working closely with the Customer Service Manager in Paris, France, your mission is to work closely with the other team members to handle telephone calls and requests received by email from customers. You must have a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered by the company to its customers to not only manage customer requests but also increase customer satisfaction.This person’s main mission is to inform, manage and develop customer loyalty.This position is for you if..You are autonomous and you like to take initiative.You are very organized by nature and like to work with rigor.You are a people-person and know how to build strong relationships.You have strong time-management skills.Major responsibilities : Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.Building lasting relationships with clients and other call centre team members based on trust and reliability.Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.Deliver the highest level of customer service by appropriately providing up to date knowledge about all products and services, as well as answer customer questions and concerns, passing any valid site issues up line for reviewAdditional duties as assignedRequired skills and attributesMinimum 2 years of call center or customer service experience or telesales experience requiredExperience in the telecommunications sector is preferredKnowledge of Internet software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM software.Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.Motivated to perform a repetitive action with a strong work ethic in a results oriented culture.Fluency in Spanish language may be desired.What we offer : Permanent Contract,Competitive Salary,Standard Industry Benefits,Team building program with your team in the USA,A place where people are at the heart of the company. : )We sincerely appreciate the time and effort you spent in contacting us and we thank you for your interest in Ringover.
