Job Description : JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a Data Entry Specialist for one of our largest clients in Akron, OH. This individual will be responsible for basic equipment entry and will be joining the Asset Information department that is responsible for all business aspects and information/data associated with the client’s substation equipment. They will be reporting data discrepancies, trends, and recommendations on corrections. The ideal candidate will have previous data entry experience, the ability to adapt to new environments quickly, and excellent customer service skills. Candidates will be working remotely, but must be local to Akron, OH.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSAssociate’s degree requiredPrevious data entry experience
Ability to adapt/learn quickly – will have to be open to learning FE’s data entry tools
Highly proficient with MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
DESIRED SKILLSPrevious experience working within the utilities industry
Familiarity working with databases
