BCS provides a positive work environment where all staff can thrive and grow professionally while integrating their Christian commitment and personal relationship with Jesus Christ.General Responsibilities:The Director of Admissions develops vision and systems to lead families through the full enrollment process at Bellevue Christian School. They will possess a balance of interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of the school’s philosophy and program, and structures to facilitate an informative and efficient process for prospective families. This position will work closely with multiple departments including campus principles, academics, finance, marketing, and technology.Specific Duties & Responsibilities: To present an accurate and compelling picture of the school’s mission, vision, and program to prospective families.Respond to all inquiries in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.Participate in the development of systematic communication plans with prospective familiesParticipate in the development of marketing messages and materials.Develop engagement strategies for prospective families (e.g., tours, Open Houses, interviews, etc.).Develop application processes and procedures that coordinate multiple campuses and people in the admissions decision.Manage part-time Admissions Counselor team member.(Full Job Description Available Upon Request)Qualifications: Fully support the Bellevue Christian School mission and vision.Familiarity and experience with the school enrollment process, preferably in the K-12 settingPossess exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.Experience using and leveraging CRM’s and/or School Information Systems.Skill, knowledge, and experience with MS Office applications.Familiarity with the Seattle-area independent school marketplace (desired).Benefit package includes: Medical, dental, and vision coverage options.
