Position : Director of Operations
Job Description : The Director of Operations will oversee the organization’s operations, plans operational strategies, implements operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. The Director of Operations executes operating plans and strategies consistent with our People First Philosophy to increase member engagement, attain financial and mission-critical operational goals. He/she will evaluate and optimize current and proposed operational systems and procedures to gain efficiencies and to minimize risk. The Director of Operations ensures compliance with applicable policies and regulations, monitors financial and operational metrics to measure achievement against organizational objectives. In addition, the Director of Operations creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the operational units under his/her control and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.
Salary Range: Base Compensation: $175,000 – $220,000
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location.
