Job Description : *CANDIDATES SHOULD HAVE PRIOR MULTI-UNIT RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE*We are the exclusive franchisee of Wingstop restaurants in Cincinnati & Columbus. We are rapidly expanding throughout Ohio via new development and acquisition and are hiring for a District Manager to oversee 4-6 locations in the Cincinnati market.The District Manager is responsible for supervising the performance of restaurants in his/her region, ensuring that restaurants are hitting corporate goals for customer service, health & safety, operational quality, and profitability.Key Duties Include:-Training General Managers and restaurant teams to perform their jobs effectively.-Championing corporate values and setting high ethical standards.-Ensuring that all restaurants are operating in accordance with proper food safety and sanitary standards.-Conducting audit inspections and other performance reviews.-Reviewing schedules, inventories, sales results, and customer service data.-Collecting, formatting, and analyzing data to make informed decisions about restaurant management.-Interacting with guests and ensuring high levels of guest service, training and motivating teams to delight our customers.-Being “on call” to respond to emergencies and issues that may arise in the restaurants.-Serving as a point of contact for restaurant team members to address concerns or questions with corporate.-Willingness to “get your hands dirty” and work alongside restaurant team members when the need arises.Key skills and personal attributes required include:-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-Strong organizational ability to develop, execute, and measure the results of action plans.-Intuitive understanding of customer service and desire to delight our guests.-High integrity.The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success at the multi-unit level.Candidates should be able to work 50 hours up to 6 days per week, must have reliable personal transportation, and must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs).Job Type: Full-timePay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per yearBenefits:Dental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Day shiftMonday to FridayNight shiftWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payWork Location: Multiple Locations
