Job Description : Zentech Consulting is looking for a document specialist to join our team! Primary duties include document assembly and finishing using paper cutters, inserters, laminating, and hole punching. M-F 8AM-5 PM
Responsibilities:
Print Brochures, booklets, manuals ect.

Draft, Copy & Scan correspondences and other formal documents

Greet and assist onsite guests

Mail Shipping and receiving

Perform other office tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

Experience working with Network Printers/Scanners

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Strong organizational skills
Vaccine required for most positions
