JCH Consultants is hiring a full time Entry Level Customer Success Specialist to join our customer support team in Dallas, TX.Customer Success Specialist Role Objective:Manage overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing on-boarding account setup and implementationEstablish strategic rapport to help drive continued value of our products and servicesRemain up to date customer success strategies and best practice and support pathwaysCustomer Success Specialist Daily Tasks & Responsibilities:Communicate with customers and account holders on a day-to-day basisReview the customer journey, identifying how it’s supported, taking a consultative approach in helping clients overcome issues and achieve goalsRecruit, train, and develop employees ensuring all positions are filled in a timely mannerCollaborate, problem solve, and/or strategize upcoming client meetings with team membersPreferred Skills & QualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAnalytical and process-oriented mindsetStrong computer literacy requiredActive team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust prioritiesGreat interpersonal skillsJob Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:Paid trainingSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Dallas, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
