Job Description : Now Hiring Entry Level IT Technicians in Wilmington, OH!Shift: 3rd, Sun-Th, 10:30pm-7:00am (1st & 2nd Limited Availability)Rate: $21.60+ (Based on Experience & Certifications)Job Description: Working under the direct supervision of an A+ Certified Technician and the Configuration Supervisor, the Entry Level IT Technician is responsible for setting up benches for A+ Certified Technicians to perform complex configuration jobs and installing images and components on computer using detailed work instructions. As well as labeling and re-boxing completed configured equipment and sorting and handling in-bound and out-bound skids under Configuration Lead’s supervision.Experience Required: General knowledge of Microsoft Office tools with ability to create simple reports and general documentation using Excel and WordGood typing skills with ability to type 30 words per minuteAbility to learn CSC application for data capturingAbility to learn value-added configuration servicesGeneral working experience with an ERP system within a business environmentGeneral knowledge of the retail/wholesale sales processOther Behavioral Competencies: Adaptable with ability to switch tasks based on shifting prioritiesArticulate with ability to express oneself clearly and professionally in written and oral communicationGood listening skills with ability to receive information completely and understand what is being saidDetail-oriented with item by item focus, meticulous attention to detail with ability to proofread for accuracyA sense of urgency to meet deadlinesAbility to work as a team member**PAID WEEKLY**Job Type: Full-timePay: From $18.00 per hourBenefits:Health insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayNight shiftWeekend availabilityApplication Question(s):Have you ever built your own PC?Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Technical Support: 1 year (Preferred)Computer Repair: 1 year (Preferred)Microsoft Applications: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:CompTIA A+ (Preferred)Work Location: One location
