Job Description : Job description PRO Consulting LLC is a leading business development agency working with some of the largest automotive dealership groups in the PNW and we are expanding rapidly. We work with Dealers to help them build their businesses and their teams. Our services include finance and insurance development, wealth development, compliance guidance, process optimization and implementation, and professional development throughout the dealership. You will be directly reporting to agency founder, Craig Almon, and working in concert with him to manage his schedule, prioritize deliverables, and offer creative solutions. He will be working in office and in the field and will need the support of a highly reliable, highly responsive, exceptionally organized, detail-oriented individual.You must possess the ability to take initiative and anticipate needs within the scope of day-to-day business, new acquisitions, and on-going projects. We would expect you to identify and own projects outside of direct requests, that improve order and optimize Craig’s workflow in addition to tasks you have been assigned to, as time permits.Core Responsibilities: Be 100% in sync with founder and highly vigilant of upcoming meetings, events, deadlinesAssist in the management of founder’s email, phone messages, and calendar – #1 priorityAssist with email and phone communication between founder and key clients and partnersCoordinate with all employees regarding Craig’s scheduleAssist with requests related to dealership accountsAssist with business administration – ordering office supplies, trouble shoot in office tech problemsAssist Operation Manager as needed, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as they ariseAssist Office Manager as needed with preparing supply orders and improving office organization as requestedAssist in scheduling travel, adhering to company travel policy, as neededIdentify opportunities for maximizing order within office: proposing solutions and carrying them out to completionSupport in building power point decks as neededAdhere to strict confidentiality agreementSupport the planning and coordination of company sales meetingsCarry out special projects as assigned by Craig or Doug diligentlyYou will demonstrate the following capabilities:Strong strategic prioritization, planning, organizational and time management skillsProven track record of accountability and reliabilityA can-do attitude with a solution-oriented outlookCommitment to diplomacy and sound judgmentGood composure under pressure and a strong sense of urgencyAbility to work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailMaintain highly confidential and financially impactful informationCurrent expertise with latest versions of Microsoft products including Windows, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Dropbox – salesforce or any CRM is a huge plusMinimum 1+ years demonstrated work experience supporting senior management and senior level staffStrong business acumen and understanding of corporate organization preferredJob Type: Full-timePay: $22.00 – $30.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:We have taken appropriate distancing measures and have available for use PPP in the office.
