Job Description : Qualification:Qualified Chartered Accountant
Experience:3-5 Years of experience
Job Description :
1. Verification of provisions & Prepaid Schedule.
2. Preparation of financial statements for DQE consolidated.
3. Year-end Financials, segmental, Notes to account, BSE/NSE format, Board signatures.
4. Providing required info to statutory auditor and attending to their queries.
5. Auctorial valuation & WACC rate.
6. Ensure timely MIS is being updated and the accuracy of data
7. Coordinate for preparation of R&O on monthly basis and workout the estimates or Projections.
8. Review the Business Plan and update the actuals against the budget ( Monthly activity ).
9. Administer the IFC controls are being place, on a monthly basis need to ensure that the concerned employee ensure all the controls.
10. Test check on a sample basis (Monthly activity). On quarterly basis prepare the MIS to Board of directors on the IFCOFR.
11. Income tax, GST, Corporate laws, PF, ESI, etc.) and test check the compliance.
Required Skills:
1. Hands on Experience on MIS Reporting.
2. Should be Pro-active with Good Communication Skills.
