Requirements:
Fully Open Availability Monday-Saturday
Must be comfortable using a cash register
Must be willing to work in our Drive-Thru operations
Ability to quickly switch between tasks
Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Customer Service-Oriented
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, and stand for up to 12 hours
Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace-hustle is a must!
Positive attitude, coachable
Responsibilities:
Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality
Use our hospitality model to serve guests
Operating the POS at the front counter or in the drive thru
Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter
Checking for product quality and consistency
Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
Willing to assist in other areas in the front of house, such as serving guests in the dining room
Prepare, cook, and assemble food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations
Prepare individual and catering menu items
Keep your area neat, clean and orderly at all times
Keep up-to-date with new products added to the Chick-fil-A menu
Work safely at all times and with all tools and equipment
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and updates
Complete all tasks as assigned by restaurant leaders
