Position : FULL TIME FRONT DESK/BUSINESS ASSISTANT.
Job Description : FULL TIME FRONT DESK/BUSINESS ASSISTANT. Essential job responsibilities: 1) Enthusiastically greet and welcome patients to the practice upon check-in. 2)Scheduling, re-scheduling, or cancelling appointments as needed. 3) Assisting patients with filling out necessary forms. 4) Preparing patient charts and daily schedules for the dental staff. 5) Updating patient records and documenting recent treatment procedures as necessary. 6) Schedule follow-up appointments and facilitating reminders. 7) Communication with medical and dental insurance providers to determine a patient’s benefits. 8) Verifying and collecting co-payments. 9) Balance nightly deposits and complete credit card processing. 10) Performing general office duties. Required Education and Experience: 1) High School Diploma or equivalent. 2) Dedication to provide high quality of patient satisfaction. 3) Previousdental office preferred but will train motivated individual. 4) Computer skill important and prior experience with a dental management software preferred but also would train motivated individualJob Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hourBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Monday to FridayCOVID-19 considerations:Following COVID -19 guidelinesAbility to commute/relocate:Grove City, PA 16127: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
