Job Description : General Manager wanted for top Maui hostel.Aloha!We are looking for an experienced Hostel/Hotel Manager with an excellent track record of successfully managing and leading a team to sustained high levels of performance and service. As this position is for a HOSTEL General Manager, if having no previous hostel work experience, the manager must be able to pivot into the hosteling world and its culture. The GM will oversee the daily operations of our top rated Maui hostel as it continues in its growth and expands into the biggest Hawaiian Islands hostel chain. Priority focus will be to lead, inspire and supervise every aspect of the existing hostel’s team and operations as well as advance their development and success. The leader we are looking for must be a motivated, experienced, proactive, well-rounded, and charismatic individual with the desire to immerse themselves in all aspects of the business. The opportunity for growth for the leadership of the hostel, such as for the hostel itself, is extensive.
