Job Description : Job Title: Global Delivery LeaderJob Location: Redmond, WashingtonDuration: Full-timeJob Description: Roles & Responsibilities: Ensuring successful delivery of the Business process servicesResponsible for client deliverables relating to services in scopeResponsible for managing global teamsP&L ownership for the engagements in scope as well as for the industrialized horizontal offeringEnsuring that the right level of competency is available to drive best in class service deliveryQuality, ensuring that KPI’s are tracked and actioned to drive service delivery excellenceDrive key results – KPI / CPI / business metrics on a regular basis to ensure that all deliverables meet or exceed client expectationsResponsible for Risk and compliance and policy adherence relating to information security etc.Determines operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analysis.defining user requirements; establishing technical specifications, and production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; contributing information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.Maintain and improve operations by monitoring operational performance; identifying and resolving problems; preparing and completing action plans; root cause analysisBuild and manage excellent business relationships with internal/external customer groups, peers and senior managementInnovate and improvise on processes with hard targets for process improvements and transformationEvaluate process changes feasibility and work closely with the client to implement changesDriving Quality initiatives including Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma etc.Driving various Transformation and automation initiatives to improve customer experience and productivitySkill setNecessary SkillsDeep domain expertise in front, mid and back office of outsourced business processes and product support. Preference for the candidates who have worked in Hitech industryHands on experience of managing SLAs and KPIsExcellent inter-personal and people management skills, with an ability to lead the team from the front; should have handled large global teams (e.g.1000 FTEs)Preference for candidates who have experience of handling multiple geos.Good Analytical Skills: Expertise in analyzing data, creating models using excel and other toolsExcellent Communications skills, both verbal and Non-VerbalPractical experience in process transformation working with best-in-class digital tools and other automation capabilitiesKey AttributesDesign thinking~$50M revenue and P&L managementQuality Principles, Lean and Six SigmaDigital and automation toolsExecutive presence and strategic communicationCustomer advocacy and business outcome focusEducational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from Reputed University; MBA or equivalentExperience: 20+ years of experience in related business process services, at least 10 years managing large delivery teams – globally distributedExperience working with multiple tools and technologies serving Hi-tech industry and products and services.Transformation experienceJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $240,000.00 – $260,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: On the road
