Position : GM/Head Coach
Job Description : This position will oversee and manage the growth and business development of the Shoot 360 facility. Responsibilities include:Oversee the financial success of the facility with duties including:Develop and implement sales strategies for membership growth in the facilities.Develop and grow additional revenue streams for the facilities.Manage and control expenses; develop new cost cutting programs.Develop strategic relationships in the basketball community, such as coaches, tournament organizers, team directors, and other influential members to facilitate a growing and sustainable business.Implement local marketing strategies for the facilities.Assist Shoot 360 in implementing new technologies in the facility as it relates to staff being trained, sales strategies, and client adoption.Oversee staffing for the facilities including new hires, terminations, performance reviews, training, professional development, disciplinary actions, and other employee issues.Implement and improve operational procedures for the facility.Manage employee staff hours, scheduling, and time clock issues.Oversee membership issues and customer service issues for the facility.Mentor the assistant facility coach with the goal for that individual to be promoted to a head facility coach in his/her own facility.Oversee facility maintenance, repair, and cleaning of the facility.The goal of this position is to develop an overall accountability and ownership attitude of the facility. The head facility coach should be keenly aware of the activities taking place and the overall health of the facility in financial, team/staff, and customer service areas. He/she should live out the company core values, and those values should be evident by those who visit the facility.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $65,000.00 per yearSchedule:8 hour shiftOn callWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Sports Coaches & Instructors: 5 years (Required)Basketball: 10 years (Required)Work Location: One location
