Job Description : Hello Smooth Medical Spa is a rapidly growing medical spa in the St.Johns area. We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to serve as our clients’ first point of contact and help manage incoming calls. The Front Desk Associates’ responsibilities include greeting clients, checking in & out of clients, managing incoming calls & answering questions on treatments and products. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the medical spa industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our clients and keep the flow of the office going. Medical Spa Experience Highly preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
