Job Description : Company overview: We are a start up micro-hauling business based in New York City. We partner with restaurants to pick up their food waste and divert it from landfills.

Mission: Remove as much food waste from landfills as possible.

Description: Peat hauler’s use electric assisted bikes or electric trucks to pick up food waste from restaurants and divert them from landfills.

Responsibilities: Show up on time and be self sufficient. Clock in at each location and record successes or issues. Maintain and handle work equipment with care.

Hours: We service our clients 7 days a week with day-time routes and night-time routes. The routes range from 3 – 6 hours. Flexible hours. Part-time work with the opportunity for full-time work.

Qualifications: Must be reliable, a great communicator and feel comfortable working independently. Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs and feel comfortable handling food scraps. Must be fully vaccinated.
Training will be provided before starting.
